RAJYOTSAVA AT VVP

Freedom in mind, strength in words, pureness in our blood, pride in our souls, zeal in our hearts, let’s salute the spirit of Karnataka. Vishwa Vidyapeeth group of schools celebrated the 68th Kannada Rajyotsava which is also known as Karnataka Formation Day with great joy and vigour on the bright and sunny morning of 01st November 2023. The celebrations started with flag hoisting by dignitaries and the chief guest followed by the state anthem ‘Jai Bharata Jananiya Tanujathe.’ The chief guests of the event, Shri Belur Raghunandan and other dignitaries lighted the lamp and invoked the blessing of the almighty. The honourable chief guest gave an insightful talk that explained the rich heritage of the proud state of Karnataka. The students showcased their talent and exhibited their love for their beloved state, Karnataka, by enthusiastically participating in the gala celebration. They spread the fragrance of the Kannada language with their spectacular dance, drama and music performances which left the audience spellbound. The event generated a sense of pride in the minds of the audience, for being part of a culture that is so vibrant. The program concluded with a vote of thanks and the National Anthem.
