World Mental Health Day
Focus on Mental Health!
Students from classes 11 and 12 (Science & Commerce) performed a mime act that focused on mental well-being. Key scenes included academic struggles, friendship conflicts, lack of parental support, an athlete’s journey, and self-reflection. The performance emphasized the importance of choosing supportive peers, staying grounded, and recognizing that seeking help is a strength. It encouraged balancing digital lives with real connections for better mental health.
In observance of World Mental Health Day, a session was conducted by Miss Sindhu KS, Clinical Psychologist from KS Hegde Hospital for students from classes IX to XII on 21st October, 2024. The session aimed to raise awareness about mental health, address common stressors, and provide practical strategies for managing stress and anxiety.
