A Visit to International Trade Fair

“Eat better and not less”

The students of grade 7 were a part of “International Trade Fair Organics and Millets-2025” at Palace Ground, Bangalore on 24th Jan’25.
The fair included the stalls from all over India and students were fortunate to witness the process of extraction of cold pressed oil from coconut using cow and wooden mill and processing of sugarcane to make jaggery.
Students enhanced their knowledge about traditional foods and importance of healthy snacking as they interacted with vendors and gained knowledge on millet snacks, types of millets, organic farming techniques, organic products to replace the plastic containers.
