Environment day session by Mr Kesavan Subaharan for class IX and X

“There can be no life without soil and no soil without life. “ Dr. Kesavan Subharan addressed the budding youth of classes IX and X on the importance of environmental issues and the utmost importance to protect the rich natural resource of soil.

An interactive session where young innovators present their project ideas related to societal problems and their solutions to Dr. Kesavan Subaharan seeking his feedback and suggestions.

Hands-On Activity: Planting Activity

Following the Q&A session, Dr. Subaharan led a hands-on planting activity. Selected students of classes I and IX were given saplings. They were taught how to plant  properly and care for their plants. This activity aimed to foster a sense of responsibility and connection to nature.

Dr. Subaharan then guided the students in taking an environmental pledge, committing to actions such as conserving water, reducing waste, and promoting recycling.
