“Celebrating Vanamahotsav at Vishwa Vidyapeeth!  The students of the outgoing batch of Grade 10 and the incoming new batch of Grade 1 planted trees together to celebrate World Environment Day. The idea is not to live forever but to create something that will. With this in mind, the students of Grade 10 IGCSE planted two trees in the campus. As this is their last year in the school, they leave behind the value of protecting nature. The first graders helped them with this as they will now become the custodians of the trees and take care of them year after year till they are ready to plant their own tree.”
