Experiential learning (Leh & Ladakh)

The students of Gnanavatika, Grade 8, embarked on a week-long educational tour to Leh and Ladakh from 29.06.2024, creating lifelong memories. The trip combined adventure, education, and cultural exploration as students visited iconic landmarks such as SECMOL School, Sangam Point, Shanti Stupa, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Khardungla Pass, Changla Pass, and Pangong Lake. They experienced the unique Hunder Sand Dunes, explored apricot cultivation, and gained spiritual insights at the Maitreya Buddha Monastery and Thiksey Monastery. Visits to Ranchio School and Sindhu Ghat further enriched their understanding of sustainable living and cultural diversity. This journey left an indelible mark on their young minds, fostering teamwork, learning, and an appreciation for nature and heritage.
By engaging in real-world experiences, students developed critical skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability, making learning more impactful and memorable. These tours fostered personal growth and broadened students’ perspectives, enhancing their overall educational journey.
