How Can I Apply

You can either collect the application form from the reception desk or mail to us at admissions@vishwavidyapeeth.edu.in for availing a soft copy.

Admissions are available for Nursery, LKG, UKG & Class 1. For higher classes, admissions are available as per the availability. The age criteria for these classes are given below:

Nursery – 2 years 5 months
LKG – 3 years 5 months
UKG – 4 years 5 months
Class 1 – 5 year 5 months
(as on 31st May of that calendar year)

No, the age limit will not be relaxed for any classes. There are absolutely ‘no’ losses in your child’s life being older in a class. On the other hand, the child will find learning more fun, master the skills better and also you will not need to worry about the age restrictions placed for attempting Grade 10 exams.

The following criteria should be met to admit your child to our school:
• Procure, complete and submit the admission form at the school office.
• For all classes, there will be appropriate interaction rounds for the child as decided by the faculty.
• This will be followed by an interaction round with parents to help them clarify all their doubts about the programs & policies of the school.
• Post approval from the concerned authorities, you can go ahead with the admission process by submitting all supporting documents as required and paying the prescribed fee.
OR
For those seeking admissions online, an informal interaction will be conducted online in which both pupil and parents have to be present. The final decision of the admission committee will be binding.

We do not hold interviews, only meetings and interactions hence there is no need to prepare the child for the same. The idea is to get to know each other better. We wish to provide entire clarity to parents before they join our VVP family. The steps involved in this are:

1. Visit our school on any working day between 9 am to 4 pm. Fill in an enquiry form so that our admission desk can help you with more details. You will be meeting our Admission counsellors who will help you to get complete idea regarding the school program, ethos, facilities, fee and other common queries. Post this, if you find the school matches your requirements, we will help you to fix an appointment.
2. An admission form will be issued to you from the reception desk against payment of Rs. 1000 (to be paid in cash only). This form should be filled in and submitted to the front office along with the copy of Birth certificate and other relevant documents of the child & parents.
3. Visit school on the appointed date with your child. Both parents need to be present for the interaction (unless for some specific reasons they are not able to do so). You will be meeting with the Head of the School/Head of Academics/Administrator so that you can acquaint yourself with all details regarding the school. The interaction is aimed at clarifying all your doubts with regard to the school, curriculum, your child’s safety and any other concerns that you might have. Fee details will be shared with you at this point.
4. If you decide to go ahead with admission process post this interaction, you will be given a particular date on which you have to finish the admission process by submitting all documents as enlisted in the admission form and paying the admission fee as per the fee scheduled shared with you.

For parents who are staying far away from campus presently or in other state/country and will not finish relocating to attend interaction on pre-allotted dates, we provide the provision of online interaction to enable you to complete the initial admission procedures online. The same steps will be followed otherwise with regard to the admission of your ward.

Yes, the admission process will not be completed till such time that the documents are not completed. Transfer certificate (original copy) can be submitted one month prior to reopening of the school in June. Birth certificate is mandatory at the time of joining.

There is no specified syllabus for the interactions. Interactions are concept and skill-based rather than syllabus-oriented, i.e., based more on what the student should know at his/her age.

The applicant will be informed directly via email by the school administration regarding the dates.

• Original Admission form completed and duly filled in with required signatures in health records and other columns

  • Original Transfer certificate for admission to Class 2 & above (can be submitted at any time before joining to school)
  • Aadhar copy of child & parents
  • Passport size photos in casual dress of child & parents (5 for child, 2 for each parent)
  • Passport & visa copies if child is not an Indian citizen & if applying for Cambridge International Curriculum
• Last 2 years marks card copies from previous schools

Vishwa Vidyapeeth welcomes those who subscribe to our institution’s values and approach towards education. Preference is given to siblings, children from same family, proximity to school, and those who recognize with our zeal to address our child’s passion or requirements rather than burden them with our dreams or ambitions.
Students seeking admission to Class 4 & above need to take up a written interaction round to ensure that the child is ready for the board and this will involve tests in English, Math, Science and Social Studies.

The fee details are not available online. The same will be discussed with each family during the visit to school for the admission enquiry, based on the choice of their curriculum. The fee is designed to ensure least burden for the parents yet at the same time it is a contribution to help us the quality of enhanced learning atmosphere. The tuition charges are based on the age group.

Uniform & Books can be purchased from vendors who are supplying the uniform as chosen for that academic year. The details of such vendors will be shared by the school.
