Vishwa Vidyapeeth believes that safety of students, staff and visitors at campus should be of prime importance. Hence we have set up our Internal Safety Audit as given below:
Students are dispersed from the buses/classrooms only after verifying that the person receiving the child is the parent/guardian as informed to the school. In case the parent fails to turn up, the child is safely kept back/brought back to the campus. At least one lady teacher/staff will be always present at school till the time all children have safely left school premises.
We seek parent’s cooperation with regard to following points:
Vishwa Vidyapeeth follows a zero tolerance policy when it comes to a students’ safety and security in the premises and each and every member of the faculty ensures this but even though, as known with children, they can be prone to accidents for no fault of anyone: God forbid in such cases we expect the parents to be patient and understanding and at no point of time are they permitted to hurl abuses at any member of the school or misbehave with anyone but calmly and amicably deal with such a situation; if found otherwise as experienced a zillion times before, your wards’ name will be struck off the school rolls.
It is quite important to ensure that we cater to the social and emotional safety aspects of the child while at school for various reasons:
Counsellors at school take special care of children especially when they are in the transition phases to ensure that they get the same love and care as imparted at home by their near ones. Their timely counselling can help children to have a positive outlook towards life. It helps us to bring out the uniqueness of each and every child to help us build their self-esteem even better.
