UKG Graduation Day The Pre-Primary Wing celebrated Graduation Day on 28 March 2026 with great enthusiasm and pride, marking an important milestone in the journey of the PG to UKG students as they prepared to enter formal schooling. The programme began with a warm welcome and invocation, followed by delightful dance and song performances by the children, showcasing their confidence and talents. The highlight was the graduation ceremony, where UKG students proudly received their graduation certificates. The Principal congratulated the young graduates and encouraged them to continue learning with curiosity and confidence, while appreciating the support of parents. The celebration concluded as a joyful and memorable occasion, symbolising achievement, growth, and new beginnings.

Women’s Day Celebration – “Empowered women empower the world.” Our school celebrated International Women’s Day with joy and appreciation, honouring our dedicated teachers and mothers of students for their invaluable contribution to the school community. The celebration began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by an inspiring address by the Principal highlighting the strength and importance of women in shaping society and the future generation. Cultural programmes, music, dance, drama, and fun-filled games created a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The celebration was a meaningful expression of gratitude, respect, and empowerment, concluding with smiles and a renewed commitment to honour and support women in every sphere of life.
Interschool Skating Championship
Interschool Skating Championship The Interschool/Inter-Club Skating Championship 2026 was successfully held at Vishwa Vidyapeeth, Varthur, in collaboration with Sportonix Sports Arena. The city-level event brought together 350 enthusiastic skaters who showcased remarkable speed, skill, determination, and sportsmanship. Winners were felicitated with medals, trophies, certificates, and cash prizes. The presence of national-level players as special guests inspired the participants, making the championship a memorable celebration of talent, teamwork, perseverance, and sporting excellence.
Annual Sports Meet
Annual Sports Meet Vishwa Vidyapeeth hosted a vibrant Annual Sports Meet for students from Pre-Primary to Grade 2, creating a day filled with energy, excitement, laughter, and sportsmanship. Young participants enthusiastically took part in fun races, sprints, hurdles, hula races, and relay events, while parents also joined in engaging games that added to the joy and togetherness. Sports Head Colonel Sumit Basu (Retd.) inspired the young athletes with his motivating words on the importance of fitness, discipline, teamwork, and participation. The event concluded with prize distribution and the Best Athlete Awards, celebrating the achievements and enthusiastic participation of the young champions.
Republic Day
Republic Day Vishwa Vidyapeeth School, Magadha Campus, celebrated Republic Day with great patriotic spirit and enthusiasm. The programme commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag, followed by a march-past and the solemn reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of India. Principal Dr. Gayathri A.G. and Sports Head Colonel Sumit Basu (Retd.) addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of constitutional values, discipline, integrity, responsible citizenship, and national unity. Students presented soulful patriotic songs, making the celebration a meaningful reminder of their responsibility towards the progress and development of the nation.

Sky Gazing – Exploring the Night Sky The Sky Gazing Programme, organised in collaboration with Genex Space, offered students a fascinating opportunity to explore the wonders of the night sky through an engaging astronomy and telescope session, followed by live observation of the Crescent Moon, Saturn, and Jupiter using high-powered telescopes. The programme sparked curiosity about astronomy and space science while enhancing students’ observational skills, scientific temper, and appreciation for the universe through an immersive hands-on learning experience.
State Level Yogasana Championship 2026
State Level Yogasana Championship 2026 The State Level Yogasana Championship 2026 provided students with an excellent platform to showcase their physical fitness, flexibility, discipline, and dedication. By participating in the championship, students demonstrated confidence, focus, and perseverance while embracing the values of sportsmanship and healthy competition. The event encouraged holistic well-being, mental resilience, and self-discipline, inspiring young learners to adopt yoga as a way of life and strive for excellence in both sports and academics.
Makara Sankranti
Makara Sankranti Vishwa Vidyapeeth celebrated Makara Sankranti with vibrant cultural spirit, joy, and gratitude. The programme included an informative session on the cultural, agricultural, and spiritual significance of the festival, followed by traditional dances and melodious songs. A special State-wise Cultural Showcase highlighted India’s diverse traditions and the spirit of unity in diversity. Students also participated in a traditional Pongal Making activity, reflecting gratitude towards nature and farmers, followed by an energetic Kite Flying activity that brought the celebration to a cheerful close.
