Vishwa Vidyapeeth boasts a highly qualified and dedicated teaching faculty, committed to nurturing students’ academic growth and fostering a love for learning.
A School You Believe In
A great deal of thought goes into the Vishwa Vidyapeeth style of education.
Vishwa Vidyapeeth faculty members care for their students and relentlessly strive to create the best learning experience for them.
Kudos to the teachers of Vishwa Vidyapeeth for providing an enriching, supportive and fun-based learning environment that allures children to kindle their inner spark to seek more and more knowledge with each passing day. The faculty comprises a team of well–educated, well-spoken, enthusiastic and dynamic professionals who enter the classrooms each day keeping in mind the true purpose of education – empower each student to be an overall success, rather than just achieving good grades. They are trained and experienced according to CBSE rules.
Our faculty are recognized for innovation in the classroom, and for their ability to adapt to the learning styles of our students. Fostering the “Guru-Shishya” concept, they know that maintaining close and caring relationships with students and their families is paramount in each student’s success from Pre-primary through grade 12.
Vishwa Vidyapeeth faculty members are lifelong learners, too. They regularly participate in professional development workshops that invigorate and shape their teaching. Each year, passionate teachers join the group to maintain the ratio of teacher and students as 1:10, to ensure best individual attention practices in the classroom. The teachers are constantly working to improve their teaching practices and strengthen the professional learning community at our School.
The National Education Policy 2020 suggests that every school should ensure that all its teachers participate in a minimum of 50 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD). According to CBSE Bye-laws, Vishwa Vidyapeeth ensures each teacher engages in at least 25 hours of training programs organised by the Board annually. This involves training in two categories: Generic and Subject Specific. There are 23 training courses aligned with classes X and XII subjects, as well as 22 generic courses covering topics such as Adolescent Education Program, Art Integration, Inclusive Education, Happy Classrooms, Cyber Safety and Security, and more.
